Parboiling Plant:

Par boiled rice is produced using steam pressure process prior to milling. Par boiled rice allows to preserve all the nutritive substances and vitamins of the rice in the grain. Rice par-boiling is a process that adds more value to the rice. After par-boiling the ordinary milling process is applied to the paddy. Parboiling of rice is a process in which rice paddy is pre-cooked before milling. The usual steps involved are Soaking, Cooking, Drying and Milling. During husking the rice is removed from the husk, while the rice is further refined through different machines, during the polishing process.

The process of parboiling uses processed soft water obtained from water treatment plant. The plant has specially designed soaking bins with sensor based sophisticated controllers for water temperature. The process is far superior than the conventional methods in terms of mitigating development of unwanted smells and ensures hygienic processing of the grain, preserving its fragrance and aroma during the processing. The requirements of soft water for parboiling process are met by an integrated water treatment plant.

Processing Plant:

The company boasts of a state-of-art processing plants in Sindh with an installed minimum capacity of 1200 MT per day and consisting of sophisticated equipment from Sortex, Stake, Buwlers, and various Chineses and Thai machinery suppliers. These plants also contain automatic equipment where reprocessing and repacking is carried out as per the specific requirements of our clients. The use of such automatic equipment ensures hygienic handling of the rice, as the computerized machines remove the husk, polish, de- stone and sort the best grains of Basmati rice.

1.Karachi plant consist of regular rice processing plant having capacity of 250 M.T/day.
2.Dhabeji Plant Comprises Of

• Parboiling plant having capacity of 400 M.T /day.
• Regular rice processing plant having capacity of 480 M.T./day.
• Silky rice processing plant having capacity of 480 M.T/day.
